Thank you for choosing JobCompass Pro. Our policy is that all fees paid for access to our Services (including subscription fees for Individual or Enterprise plans) are non-refundable. Once a payment is made, you gain access to the features and capabilities of the Service for the agreed-upon term, and we do not offer refunds or credits for partially used periods, downgrades, or unused features.

This policy is in place due to the nature of our digital service, the immediate access granted to our platform's features, and the resources utilized (including AI processing) upon subscription activation.
Exceptions
Notwithstanding the above, refunds will only be issued if explicitly required by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. Any such legally mandated refunds will be processed according to the specific requirements of the applicable law.
